Hamit is from Erzincan but he lives in Pazarcık because he is a student at a high school in Pazarcık. His family is in Erzincan. His father is a butcher. He is thirty-five years old. His mother doesn’t have a job. Hamit has one sister and one brother. His sister is twelve years old. She is a student, too. She has three little cats. She likes them a lot. She plays with them and speaks to them. But her brothers don’t like them very much. Hamit’s brother is seventeen years old. He is a university student and he is in Ankara. He and Hamit meet in Erzincan on holidays. Hamit loves his family but he is away from them.
Hamit lives with his aunt in Pazarcık. His aunt is his mother’s sister. He likes her very much. She cooks for Hamit. Hamit does housework for his aunt. Hamit wakes up at 6:45 every morning. He washes his face and has a delicious breakfast. Then he goes to school. He has friends at school. Hüseyin is his friend. He comes from Narlı but he does not live in Pazarcık. Every morning he comes to school by bus from Narlı and every day after school he goes back to Narlı. He is a very good student. He speaks German and English. His father is in Germany. Hüseyin and Hamit play football. At 4:05 school finishes and Hamit goes home.
In the evening Hamit does his homework and studies. At 6:00 they have dinner. Then Hamit watches TV and reads. At 11:00 he writes into his diary. He writes about school; he writes about his family. Then he goes to bed.
At the weekend he does not go to school. It is holiday. He meets his friends in Pazarcık and they play football. Then they go home and do their homework. Hamit repeats his lessons. Sometimes he does not understand and asks his aunt. His aunt helps him because she is a teacher. Hamit is very happy at his aunt’s house.
